These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Daily Gratitude Journal app (the “Application”) developed by RomiTech Studio (“Service Provider”) as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of any part of the Application or our trademarks is prohibited. You may not extract source code, translate, or create derivative versions of the Application. All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider aims to ensure that the Application is functional and efficient. However, they reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Application or charge for certain services at any time. Any such charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by you to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security and app performance.

Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, either via Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for reduced performance due to lack of connectivity or data limitations.
Using the app outside Wi-Fi areas may incur data charges or roaming fees as per your mobile network provider’s terms. You are responsible for any such costs. If you are not the device’s bill payer, it is assumed that you have obtained permission to use the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged and functional while using the Application. The Service Provider cannot be held liable if you are unable to use the app due to device or connectivity issues.
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application accurate and up to date, they rely on third-party data sources and therefore cannot guarantee accuracy or completeness. The Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from reliance on the Application’s functionality.
The Application may be updated periodically. You may be required to install updates to continue using the service. The Service Provider does not guarantee compatibility with all device versions or operating systems.
The Service Provider reserves the right to discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease, and you must uninstall it from your device.
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Application implies acceptance of any changes.
